This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Onyx Distribution Ltd (“Onyx”, “we”, “us”) via our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • Republic of Ireland

  • United Kingdom

We do not ship to other countries at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Business days: Monday – Friday (excluding Irish and UK public holidays)

  • Cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT)

    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will usually be dispatched the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Order confirmation: You will receive an email once your order is accepted and another email when it has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • An Post (Republic of Ireland)

  • FedEx (United Kingdom)


4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over €60.

  • For orders under €60, standard and express shipping options (and their respective fees) will be displayed at checkout.

  • All VAT, duties and fees are included in the product price, so there are no additional import or customs charges.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Use the provided link to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us at hello@quickgrow.ie.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some remote or offshore locations may incur additional delivery arrangements; we will notify you prior to dispatch if this applies.


7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your parcel as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If they confirm loss, email us at hello@quickgrow.ie and we will assist with a claim.

  • Damaged goods: Inspect your delivery upon receipt. If goods are damaged, keep all packaging and take photos, then contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Delays: Transit times are estimates. Weather or carrier disruptions may cause delays. We are not liable for carrier-related delays but will help resolve any issues.


8. Packaging & Sustainability

  • We use recyclable and/or biodegradable materials wherever possible.

  • If you have special packaging requirements (e.g., gift wrapping), please contact hello@quickgrow.ie before placing your order.


9. Amendments to This Policy

Onyx reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted to our website.
